Projects at USAA
USAA provides products and services to help military members and their families reach their financial goals. USAA is a Fortune 200 financial services company with more than $81 billion in owned and managed assets and offices throughout the United States and Europe. USAA is dedicated to serving military members and their families worldwide.
While at USAA, I performed multiple duties as a web producer. This included performing project management duties for all user interface development on the projects assigned to me. In addition, I created the information architecture for these web applications. I worked with the usability engineers to create scenarios and analyze the results of usability testing. Using these results, any necessary modifications to improve the usability were developed. I have provided samples of some of the projects assigned to me while at USAA.
